OHS Tiger Classic entry forms

The entry forms for the OHS Tiger Classic are available online now here:
Please note that on some preliminary forms that we gave to coaches, there was an error. Please note these changes:
- Adult Pre-Champ Latin dances will be Cha Cha/Samba/Rumba (CC/S/R), not CC/S/PD
- We added an Open West Coast Swing category
